Delivery & Service Guarantee

At Carobeth, we pride ourselves on the quality of our blooms. If we don’t have flowers on the farm that meet our high standards, we’ll cancel your order and refund your money. Weather conditions can impact the quality of the flowers at picking time, and we are committed to delivering them only at their best. We endeavour never to ship sub-standard blooms. 

As a small business, we go the extra mile to ensure you receive the best quality stems. If your flowers arrive in less-than-perfect condition and do not recover after following the care instructions included in your box, send us a photo at wendy@carobethflowers.co.uk. We’ll gladly send a replacement box or issue a refund. 

Some delivery areas may incur additional delivery charges including the Scottish Highlands.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as fresh flowers cannot be returned because thy are perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
We do not ship outside of mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

Refunds
Once we agree that the product was in less-than-perfect condition, we will process the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
